Our History
Document technologies was started in 1996 as Phase II Copiers, Inc., by Mark Vandevender, now our company president. Drawing upon more than 35 years of experience with a national office equipment seller, Mark built the company from scratch. Initially he sold and serviced re-manufactured copiers, filling the needs of a specific segment of the office equipment market. The company expanded into a new market when we became an authorized Ricoh/Lanier dealer. Since then, the company has grown rapidly and is among the industry leaders in the Central Florida area. Our success has been built on award winning product lines and the exceptional service provided to our customers.
The digital office is not new to our organization. We have been providing cost effective digital document solutions since the introduction of digital equipment. As an authorized dealer of Ricoh’s full product lines of copiers, color copiers and multifunction devices and multifunction products, Document Technologies offers the best of both worlds: The virtually unlimited technical resources of these industry giants combined with the individual attention only a locally owned vendor can provide.
